27 hotel rooms [Tromsjö, Norway]

  • Project: Extensive hotel renovation of a hotel named “Ishavshotellet”. During this project we were responsible for all surface layers, construction, tiling, painting of lobby, kitchen, restaurant, conference room and extension of 27 hotel rooms.

  • Project: During this project we were responsible for tiling of 16 000 square meters.

Different renovation work [Sweden]

  • Project: On multiple occasions we have provided competent staff for renovations various apartments for Akelius in multiple cities in Sweden. Our provided staff has been working on painting staircase, doing window replacements for 3-glass composite windows, newly corrected tin roofs and loose wool insulation of attics. These projects also include complete re-building of apartments.

  • Project: We were responsible for painting several buildings.

Patient hotel, 242 rooms [Stockholm, Sweden]

  • Project: Responsible for all construction of interior walls, ceilings, painting, tiling. 17 floors and 242 rooms.

Window replacements [Stockholm, Sweden]

  • Project: Root renovation 121 apartments, 500 window replacements for 4-glass composite windows with sound requirements. Replacement of the entire house's plumbing system, from the basement up to the 13th floor. New shafts, installation of piping in stairwells and corridors with new ceiling and lighting.
